Returning back to the lodge after a great day of fishing is always an exciting time of the day. Here is when your catches are weighed for bragging rights and fishing stories are told. After pictures, your fresh catch is cleaned, filleted, and vacuumed packed in portion sized pouches. Each fillet is labeled and frozen for your trip back home. Special wax coated and insulated fish boxes are provided to insure your catch stays frozen in transit.
